About the Journal
ISSN: 2448-4857
Estudios del Discurso is a biannual academic journal that publishes two issues per year (June and December). Its content arises from interdisciplinary approaches that draw on theoretical and methodological perspectives in discourse analysis. The Journal publishes original texts (double-blind peer-reviewed) in Spanish, Portuguese, and English that have not been simultaneously submitted to other publishers.
The journal’s main goal is to disseminate original research results related to discourse from literary, linguistic, philosophical, artistic, historical, and other perspectives. Each issue may be structured around a single topic (a dossier) for all articles; a miscellaneous section (Alegoría) with different studies, but all oriented toward discourse analysis; and the Adenda section for critical essays and reviews.
The journal is sponsored by the Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigación en Humanidades of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos. It does not charge article processing fees to authors or access fees to readers.
